What is a Social Coordinator? 

We are the team of Ryan Coe and Benjamin Doll.  From 2006 – 2009, you may have worked with us via another reputable company, providing to you the best disc jockey and entertainment services available.  Requests for our partnership were in such high demand that we decided nothing would be better than to partner on our own to meet the needs of your experience.   

We know leading up to an event is stressful and hectic.  There is so much to think about and so much going on.  We want to take the pressure off planning your event so that you may enjoy your time with family, friends, co-workers, classmates and more.  . 

In choosing us as your Social Coordinators, you will find:

• We coordinate directly with all the vendors (photographer, caterer, facility, etc.) lined up for your event to ensure your event runs smoothly. 

• We engage in conversation with your guests to make them feel welcome and comfortable. 

• We have your needle & thread, breath mints, or Tylenol…  for that last-minute emergency.

• We are at your side with a warm towel while your wedding cake is served. 

We coordinate your experience so that you don’t have to.
